Questions.
- What's a credit?
- The one currency for every model. Each model costs a set number of credits per image, per second of video, music or sound, or per character of a voice script, and you see the price before anything runs.
- How do I get credits?
- Every new account gets 100 free credits, once, the first time you sign in with a verified email address. After that, Starter adds 6,000 credits every month and Pro adds 20,000, or a credit pack tops you up once.
- Do credits expire?
- Free credits and pack credits don't expire. Starter's monthly credits roll over for one more month.
- Can I cancel?
- Any time, from your account. The plan runs to the end of the period you paid for, and its credits stay until they roll off.
- Is Starter missing anything?
- No. Every model, Creator and Studio are the same on both plans. Pro gives you more to make each month at a lower price per credit.
- What if a generation fails?
- If a generation fails, or doesn't finish within ten minutes, its credits come back to your balance automatically.
- Can I use what I make commercially?
- Yes, for any lawful purpose, personal or commercial, free credits included. You own what you make, subject to the terms of the model provider that made it. Outputs may not be unique, and in some countries AI-generated work may not be protected by copyright. Terms of Service, section 5
- Who charges my card?
- Payments are handled by Stripe. Tax is added at checkout based on where you are, and your receipt comes from Stripe.
