Questions

Do I need an account?

Yes, one tap with Google or Apple. Drop your photo first; it comes with you through sign-in and the shot starts the moment you're back. You start with free credits.

Is there a watermark?

No. The file you download is the file we made, nothing on it.

What if it misses a bit?

Small print on a label can come back soft, and a busy photo can confuse which thing is the product. Run it again for a new take, or start from a photo where the product fills more of the frame.

What happens to my photos?

They go into your library with the product shot, where you can delete them any time. A photo dropped before you sign in is held for an hour and then discarded if you don't come back. We never train on them.
